Besides conventional or web-based trainings and project-oriented consulting the demand for coaching is constantly growing. Return on Concept provides IT- and/or management-experienced individuals who are able to coach project staff, as well as project managers or whole teams. In this connection we exclusively focus on a multi-skilled workforce having skills and expertise either in specific products or industries, management experience and certificates in coaching from an accredited institution.
In times of tight budgets teams or individuals often have to be coached via longer distances (tele-coaching). In cooperation with a Swiss university, we have elaborated a study on reasonable approaches, supporting services and software products, which is available for a charge of EUR 89. By means of two different practical scenarios, it demonstrates strategies of selection and estimation and can support both coaches and people interested in being coached in determining their methodical approach.
