Return on Concept GmbH & Co. KG (RoC) was founded in 2003 by Dipl. Wi.-Ing. Thomas Schmischke, as an independent consulting company. Thomas has gained consulting and management skills for many years in the IT and the logistic fields as well as the functional and strategic business development.
He and his experts work on all relevant types of problems individually or in a team – from time-based management, project management, coaching, consulting services on module and technology to development or training.
To round off our expertise and to assure our results, we look after active business relations to the relevant “players” on the side of the (software) producers on the relevant markets, as well as to specialists who supplement our know-how.
